Resort Facilities
Hotel facilities are excellent and are championed by the standard of the rooms. They are truly luxuriously appointed and the vast majority face the Indian ocean. Outstanding gourmet standard food is served in four excellent restaurants and three bars provide a chic and sophisticated ambience. A selection of shops, a health club and gym, temperature controlled outdoor and indoor pools are also readily available. Free shuttle buses are provided twice a week to malls in Dubai and Fujairah City and guests can indulge in a variety of water sports including windsurfing, diving, snorkelling and kayaking.The on-site 5-Star PADI scuba dive centre "Divers Down" provides diving courses from try-dives to instructor as well as 3 daily dives for certified divers.
Job Description
Determines work priorities and supplies needed
Maintains adherence to the hotel’s policies and safety standards
Ensures that equipment and machinery are properly maintained
Keeps record of assigned department activities
Request the desired training from supervisor
Follow standard working procedure for assigned job
Suggest the material and equipment requirement to Supervisor.
Operates HVAC equipments as assigned
Maintains and performs preventive maintenance on controls and related equipment, adjusts and calibrates equipment when necessary
Responds to complaints regarding AC equipment and adjust or repair where necessary
Performs all repairs on pumps and compressors
Performs electrical and pipefitting repairs to AC systems
Maintains appropriate standards of conduct, dress, hygiene and appearance according to the hotel standards for employees under his supervision
Be familiar with the hotel’s emergency procedures and be prepared for any emergency
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications required
Bachelors Degree /High school Diploma
Good English Communication Skills
Minimum two years experience in the same position in a 4* or 5* hotel
Candidates should be locally available in UAE /visit visa; Can join immediately
