Hotel facilities are excellent and are championed by the standard of the rooms. They are truly luxuriously appointed and the vast majority face the Indian ocean. Helping guests with all transportation requirements and language movements
Distributing messages and Mails to the guest rooms.
Knows the layout of the rooms and room types.
Shows the guest the proper way to use the room fixtures and giving information about the hotel facilities and opening hours of the outlets.
Promoting hotel services and facilities to the guest upon their arrival while they are accompanied to their room.
Responsible for distributing daily needed reports to other departments, amenity order, maintenance order, room change or any other requested order from the reception and telephone operator.
Checks before to starts each shift expected arrivals, expected departures, late/early check out, late/early arrival and hotel occupancy.
Reads and initial the log book and checks if any pending from the previously shifts.
Keeps the lobby and main entrance area tidy and the furniture in its proper place.
Reports to the reception if any guests came without luggage and/or light luggage.
Fills a proper forms of departures /or arrivals and get signature of the reception for bills and/or keys are ok.
Performs related duties and special projects as assigned.
Minimum of 1 year experience gained in 4 or 5 star hotel
Must be 170cm in height
Friendly and with pleasing personality
Good English command and quality focused
Knowledge in cocktails and mock tails is an advantage
