Resort Facilities
Hotel facilities are excellent and are championed by the standard of the rooms. They are truly luxuriously appointed and the vast majority face the Indian ocean. Outstanding gourmet standard food is served in four excellent restaurants and three bars provide a chic and sophisticated ambience. A selection of shops, a health club and gym, temperature controlled outdoor and indoor pools are also readily available. Free shuttle buses are provided twice a week to malls in Dubai and Fujairah City and guests can indulge in a variety of water sports including windsurfing, diving, snorkelling and kayaking.The on-site 5-Star PADI scuba dive centre "Divers Down" provides diving courses from try-dives to instructor as well as 3 daily dives for certified divers.
Job Description
Receives cash bank at the beginning of work shift and verifies accuracy by counting money in cash drawer
Responsible for cash float
Ensures an accurate accounting of all transactions, collections and disbursement during work shift
Obtains and reviews information regarding price changes or menu specials
Greets guests as they enter and exit the dining area
Itemizes and totals guests’ food and beverage purchases or may collect food and beverage checks from guests and ring them to the register
Collects cash, checks, or charge payments from guests
Makes change for cash transactions, verifies identification for checks and prepares charge voucher for credit card purchases
Counts money, checks, and charge payments in cash drawer at the end of the shift
May reconcile check, cash receipts and charge sales with total sales to verify accuracy of transactions
Controls all restaurant and food and beverage sales ensuring that all items appearing on restaurant dockets are charged for in accordance with the official price list
Maintains appropriate standards of conduct, dress, hygiene and appearance according to the hotel standards.
Is thoroughly familiar with the Hotel's emergency and security procedures.

Qualifications required
Bachelors Degree /High school Diploma
Good English Communication Skills, Knowledge with Russian & German language is a plus
With pleasing personality
At least 5’4” in height
Minimum two years experience in the same position in a 4* or 5* hotel
